14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it isn't the right fit for your workflow, you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription. Simply contact our support team at support@doitfastit.com to process your request.

Monthly and Annual Renewals

Except as stated in the 14-day guarantee above, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.

Cancellation Process

You have full control over your billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing tab in your Do It Fast IT dashboard. Once cancelled, your card will not be billed again.
