To provide our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we collect the following:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and billing information (processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe).
  • Social Media Data (OAuth): When you connect a social profile (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), we request specific permissions (scopes) via official APIs. We receive a secure, revocable access token. We collect profile analytics, post engagement data, and inbox messages solely to display them in your dashboard.
  • Usage Data: We collect aggregated, anonymized data regarding how our website is accessed to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to provide and improve our service. Specifically, we use your Social Media Data to:

  • Publish content to your connected networks on your behalf.
  • Retrieve and display comments, messages, and analytics inside your Do It Fast IT dashboard.

Crucial API Compliance: We do not use data obtained through third-party social media APIs (such as Meta's Graph API or X's API) for targeted advertising, retargeting, or data brokering.

3. Information Sharing (We Do Not Sell Your Data)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your social media data to any third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers (like AWS for hosting or Stripe for billing) under strict confidentiality agreements necessary to run our application.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data, including OAuth access tokens, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
