Data Deletion Instructions

At Do It Fast IT, we believe your data belongs to you. In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Meta/Facebook's Developer Platform requirements, we provide multiple, simple ways for you to delete your data and revoke our access to your social profiles.

Option 1: In-App Complete Deletion

You can instantly delete all your data directly from your dashboard. This action is irreversible.

  1. Log in to your Do It Fast IT dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Security.
  3. Click the red Delete Account & Data button.
  4. This action immediately deletes your user profile, billing history, scheduled posts, and destroys all OAuth access tokens from our database.

Option 2: Revoking Third-Party API Access (e.g., Facebook)

If you prefer to sever the connection from the social network's side, you can remove our app's access directly. Here is how to do it for Facebook/Instagram:

  1. Go to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Apps and Websites.
  3. Search for "Do It Fast IT" in your list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove. This immediately invalidates our access token, preventing our servers from interacting with your Facebook/Instagram data.

Option 3: Manual Deletion Request

You may also request complete data erasure by contacting our support team directly. Send an email from your registered account email address to support@doitfastit.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will manually process your request and purge all associated records within 72 hours, sending you a confirmation upon completion.
